Check in is available after 3 pm. We like to greet our guests but sometimes life happens! All of our doora are electronically coded making access very simple and no worry of lost keys! We will generally send a code one day prior to arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 9 pm please let us know in advance so we can send you check in information.
Check out is no later than 11:00 AM.
If the booking is canceled before 9:00 PM, 7 day(s) before check-in guests will receive a full refund, 6 to 3 day(s) before check-in the charge is 50% of the total stay. 2 day(s) or less there is no refund.
Child Policy - No Children under 16 years old
Smoking Policy - No smoking, a $200 fee will be added to any guests smoking inside our home.
Pets - We love animals but for the health and comfort of all our guests, we cannot accommodate pets. If needed, there is a wonderful pet hostel and pet daycare just up the road here in Rockville, by the name of Canyon Paws: (435) 703-6680) canyonpaws.com
